Anti-LRRC15 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The antibodies which specifically binds to the human LRRC15 protein are used for treating or diagnosing a hyperproliferative disease or disorder.

SDS-PAGE analysis of AFC-480CL in non-reduced (Lane NR) and reduced (Lane R) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result, different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.
The purity of AFC-480CL was greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The purity of AFC-480CL was 97.1% as determined by HPLC.
ELISA

ELISA analysis of AFC-480CL was performed by coating with recombinant LRRC15 protein. Then blocked with BSA, and incubated with the antibody. The goat anti-human IgG-HRP as a secondary antibody. Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
